Basilica
The Basilica was originally the Latin used to refer to the public buildings of ancient Romans, usually in the foramen of ancient Roman villages. In ancient Greek cities, the public basilica appears to have appeared in the second century BC. The basilica was also used for religious purposes. In 1915, an enormous neolithic Pythagorean basilica site was discovered in the vicinity of Porta Mazore, which is believed to be the first century. The stucco on the vault inside the basilica has survived, and the interpretation of it is controversial because there are many different opinions. The floor plan of the 4th century Christian basilica is similar to the floor plan of this neo-Pythagorean basilica, a structure with three cantons and one backs. Since the Roman Empire has approved Christianity, the term basilica has been extended to mean a historically historic, large-scale cathedral where the Pope carries a special liturgical ritual.
