Beck's sarcoma A disease characterized by the formation of granulomas similar to tuberculosis histologically, which makes lesions in the lymph nodes, skin, eyes, and heart. Particularly, the breakup of the hung door is easily infringed. Like tuberculosis, ovarian adipocytes are central, and Langhans-type cells or foreign-like cells appear, and in many cases star-shaped bodies or shamans appear. Unlike tuberculosis, dry necrosis is rarely seen. There is a saying that it is a subtype of tuberculosis but the cause is unknown. Many people presume that there are some infections and immune disorders. 베크유육종 조직학적으로 결핵과 유사한 육아종을 형성하는 것이 특징인 질환이며, 임파절, 피부, 눈, 심장등에 병변을 만든다. 특히 폐문부임파절이 침해되기 쉽다. 결핵과 마찬가지로 유상피세포가 중심이 되며 랭한스형 세포 또는 이물형 거세포가 나타나고 그중에 성망체(星芒體)나 샤우만체가 나타나는 경우가 많다. 결핵과 달리 건락괴사(乾酪塊死)가 나타나는 경우는 거의 없다. 결핵의 아형이라 하는 설도 있으나 원인은 불명하다. 어떠한 감염과 면역이상이 존재하는 것으로 추정하는 사람이 많다.
