Uterine leiomyosarcoma is a malignant tumor that occurs in smooth muscle cells of the uterine myoma and is the most frequent among uterine sarcomas. There are many things that are found after menopause and menopause, and are frequent in 50 generations. Symptoms include hemorrhagic, abnormal uterine bleeding, lower abdomen swelling, lower abdominal pain, back pain, bladder symptoms, and rectal symptoms. In addition, because the frequency of pulmonary metastasis is high, the symptoms of the lung may come out. However, in leiomyosarcoma, many of these symptoms are not present, and the rate of positive cells in the cytosol is low, so early detection and diagnosis are difficult. Treatment consists of pre-uterine extraction and bilateral appendectomy, post-operative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but the prognosis is poor. 자궁평활근육종 자궁근층의 평활근세포에서 발생하는 악성종양이며, 자궁육종 중에서 가장 빈도가 높다. 폐경기ㆍ폐경후에 발견되는 일이 많고 50세대에 빈발한다. 증상은 혈성대하ㆍ부정자궁출혈ㆍ하복부팽륜(膨隆)ㆍ하복통ㆍ요통ㆍ방광증상ㆍ직장증상 등이 있다. 또 폐전이(肺轉移)의 빈도가 높으므로 폐의 증상이 나오는 수도 있다. 그러나 평활근육종에서는 이들 자각증상이 없는 수도 많고, 세포진에서의 양성률도 낮기 때문에 조기발견ㆍ진단은 어렵다. 치료는 자궁전적출과 양측부속기 절제술을 행하고 수술후에 방사선요법ㆍ화학요법 등을 행하지만 예후는 불량하다.
