Chen Xinyun And a Chinese critic and literary historian who advocated revolutionary literature along with the latter 'Creation Company'. During the anti-Japanese war, he worked on the theater movement. After the establishment of the Chinese government, he continued his studies while holding the cultural director of Tianjin. 태양사(太陽社)'를 조직해 후기 '창조사(創造社)'와 함께 혁명문학을 제창했던 중국의 비평가 겸 문학사가. 항일전쟁 중에는 연극운동 지도 등에 활약했고 중국 정부 수립 뒤에는 톈진[天津]의 문화국장 등을 지내면서 연구를 계속했다. 주요 저서에는 《중국 신문학운동 사료》등이 있다.
