Cheongwon-gun
Cheongwon-gun was a county in Chungcheongbuk-do, South Korea. On June 1, 1946 Cheongju-gun Cheongju-eup was promoted to Cheongju and separated, and the remaining area of Cheongju-gun was renamed Cheongwon-gun. As a result, it became a donut-shaped area. To the east, Goesan-gun, Boeun-gun, west Sejong Special Self-governing Province, Chungcheongnam-do Cheonan, south to Daejeon, north to Jincheon and Jeongpyeong. The county office was located in Cheongju City before the unification, and the administrative districts consisted of three towns and ten towns including Naesu-eup, Ochang-eup, and Osong-eup. The chaplain was Zelkova, the army was Magnolia, and the army was a crow. The county was located on the 69th and 38th floors of Cheongju-dong, Chungcheongbuk-do, and is currently being used as a temporary applicant. As of January 31, 2014, there were 154,865 people living in 64,793 households, with an area of 779.06 square meters. On July 1, 2014, it was reintegrated with Cheongju City and abolished.
