Ultra High Voltage Electron Microscope This refers to an electron microscope using ultra high voltage (300 ~ 300kV). By making the voltage ultra-high pressure, it becomes possible to observe the sample, clear image with high resolution, limited field diffraction in the fine place (restriction field diffraction), reduction of irradiation damage of data, and observation of thick sample. Since the development of a 300 kV ultrahigh-voltage electron microscope in the United States in 1941, a high degree of resolution (0.1-0.5 mμ) has been made in many countries around the world. 초고압전자현미경 초고전압(300~300kV)를 사용한 전자 현미경을 말한다. 전압을 초고압으로 하는 것에 의하여 시료의 관찰상, 해상도가 높은 선명한 화상, 미세한 장소에서의 제한 시야회절(制限視野回折), 자료의 조사손상의 감소, 두꺼운 시료의 관찰 등이 가능하게 되었다. 1941년에 미국에 있어서 300kV의 초고압 전자현미경이 개발된이래, 세계여러나라에 있어서 고도의 분해능(0.1~0.5mµ)을 가진 것이 만들어지고 있다.
