It is a symptom caused by dysfunction of the basal ganglia constituting the extrapyramidal syndrome. Clinically, there are dysthymic and motor disorders. Stomach disorders include voluntary movements centered on vocational movements, martial arts movements, tremor, balinese symptoms, and unstable movements centered on dementia and dysfunction of dystocia, dysmenorrhea and dystonia, etc. On top of that, postural reflex disorder (postural reflex disorder) is also considered to be one of the extrapyramidal symptoms. This syndrome is divided into dysthymia dystrophy (dysthymic syndrome) and dysthymic dysthymia (hypertonic dystrophy syndrome). The former is Parkinson 's disease and the latter is chondroitinemia.

추체외로증후군 추체외로를 구성하는 대뇌기저핵의 기능장애에 의한 증상이다. 임상적으로 보아 근긴장장애와 운동장애가 있다. 근긴장장애에는 근긴장의 항진과 감퇴, 운동장애에는 무동, 근긴장이상 등을 중심으로 한 수의운동장애와 무도운동, 진전(振戰), 발리증, 무정위운동 등을 중심으로 하는 불수의운동이 있다. 그 위에 자세반사장애(姿勢反射障害)도 추체외로증상(錐體外路症狀)의 하나로 생각되고 있다. 이 증후군은 근긴장항진운동감소증후군(筋緊張亢進運動減少症候群)과 근긴장감퇴운동항진증후군(筋緊張減退運動亢進症候群)으로 나누어져 전자는 파킨슨병이 후자는 무도병이 각각의 대표질환이다.
