건성각결막염
Dry keratoconjunctivitis and dry keratoconjunctivitis are eye diseases caused by dry eye syndrome. It can be seen from man and some beasts. Dry conjunctivitis is the most common eye disease, affecting 5-6% of the total population. Postmenopausal women increase from 6 to 9.8%, and up to 34% in old age. 건성각결막염, 건성각막결막염은 안구건조증에 의해 발생되는 눈병이다. 사람과 일부 짐승에게서 볼 수 있다. 건성각결막염은 가장 흔한 눈병으로, 총 개체수 중 5~6%에 영향을 준다. 폐경 후의 여성의 경우 6~9.8%까지 늘어나며, 노년기에는 최고 34%에 이른다.
It is a conjunctivitis caused by a decrease in the leakage of liquid from the lining of the lining of the conjunctivitis. The use of antimicrobial soft contact lenses for leakage preservation, artificial tears, and infection control is generally good, but sometimes corneal ulcers may result in perforation. 건성각결막염 주ㆍ부(剖) 누선으로부터의 누액분비저하로 생기는 각결막염이다. 통증, 주명(羞明), 이물감이 증상이고 각 결막 상피의 탈락이 나타나고 플루오레스세인, 로즈벵갈로 염색된다. 상피는 팽화(膨化), 공포변성(空胞變性)을 보게 되고 베세포(杯細胞)가 증가해 누액중의 라인자임이 감소하고 있다. 진단은 실마테스트, 플루오레스세인, 고즈벵갈염색, 세극등 소견으로 이루어진다. 원인으로서는 누선결손증, 신경성 및 섀그린증후군등, 전신질환등이 있다. 치료는 누액보존, 인공 누액, 감염방비를 위한 항생물질점안 소프트 콘택트렌즈 사용, 예후는 일반적으로 양호한데 때로는 각막궤양으로 천공이 생기는 수도 있다.
