Land Use Management Act
The National Land Use Control Act was amended in 1973 as a law aimed at establishing the necessary measures for the effective implementation of the National Land Construction Comprehensive Plan and for the establishment and ordering of land use plans, the regulation of land transactions and the adjustment of land use, It was enacted as Law No. 2408 on December 30, 1999, and it was completely amended by Law No. 3642 on December 31, 1982. Thereafter, some revisions were made 29 times in Law No. 6627 on January 26, 2002. It consists of Chapter 6, Article 35 and Annexes, and there are Enforcement Ordinance and Enforcement Regulations. However, this law was abolished on February 4, 2004, and it was combined with the Urban Planning Act and the Law on the Planning and Utilization of the Land (Law No. 6655) was enacted.
