Korea Internet Promotion Agency
Korea Internet Promotion Agency (KISA) is a commissioned executive quasi-government agency under the Ministry of Creation Science that promotes Internet promotion, Internet information protection and international cooperation in the Republic of Korea. The foundation law of the Korea Internet Promotion Agency is Article 52 of the Authentic Network Act. In July 2009, the Korea Information Security Agency, Korea Internet \u0026 Security Agency, and Korea IT Industry Promotion Agency (KIPO), which are three organizations under the Korea Communications Commission, were launched in line with the government's policy to advance public institutions. In November 2010, the second president Seo Jong-ryeol was inaugurated, and as of March 2011, it has been organized into two rooms, two headquarters, one center, and eight departments and 43 teams. It is located in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. It is adjacent to Subway Line 3 Police Hospital Station and Subway Line 8 Garak Market Station. "Daedong Government Complex" near Garak Market Station, "118 Government Complex" near the Police Hospital Station, and "Internet Corruption Response Center" at "118 Government Complex".
