Horn-like syndrome The olfactory stimulation is applied to the primary neurons (olfactory receptors of the nasal cavity), secondary neurons (the first posterior cortex, such as the tonsils and the bronchus). It is perceived by the tertiary neurons (striking the second posterior cortex in the hippocampus in the first posterior cortex). Injury of primary neuron is odorless, and sensation occurs. In the central disorder after the 2nd, it can be exploited (complex olfactory) and unpleasant odor. In schizophrenia, alcohol withdrawal syndrome, dementia, etc. The temporal lobe, especially the lesion of the guppy muscle (狗 回 近 傍), can be seen in the olfactory seizures with uncomfortable contents. 후뇌증후군 후각자극은 1차뉴론(비강상부의 후각수용세포), 2차뉴론(후구에서 편도핵, 방리상회등의 제1차 후피질에 그친다). 3차뉴론(제 1차 후피질에서 해마방회에 있는 제2차 후피질에 그친다)를 거쳐 지각된다. 1차뉴론의 상해는 무취, 감취가 생기는데 2차 이후의 중추성 장애에서는 착취(錯嗅), 불쾌취 등도 볼수 있고 분열병, 알코올금단증후군, 치매 등에서는 환취(幻嗅)를 보는 수가 있다. 측두엽, 특히 구회근방(狗回近傍)의 병변에는 불쾌한 내용을 지닌 후각발작을 보는 수가 있다.(구회발작)
