Serum phospholipid phospholipids are generic terms of lipids composed of lipid components such as lecithin (which accounts for about two-thirds of total phospholipids), sphingomyelin (about 1/5), lysolecithin, and sepharin. Most of the serum is present as lipoprotein, and it is an important component of lipoprotein. The normal value of serum phospholipid is 180 ~ 220mg / dl, which is almost similar to that of serum cholesterol. It is elevated in obstructive jaundice, hypothyroidism, various kinds of hyperlipidemia, renal (bowel), etc. and it is lowered to hyperthyroidism or hepatic parenchymal disorder. 혈청인지질 인지질은 레시틴(총 인지질의 약 2/3를 차지한다), 스핑고마이엘린(약 1/5), 리조레시틴, 세파린 등의 각 지질성분으로 이루어지는 지질의 총칭이다. 혈청중 대부분이 리포단백형으로 존재하고 있으며, 리포단백의 중요한 구성부분으로 되어 있다. 혈청인지질의 정상치는 180~220mg/dl이고, 혈청콜레스테롤의 그것과 거의 유사하다. 폐색성 황달, 갑상샘 기능저하증, 각종 고지혈증, 신(장) 등에서 상승하고 갑상샘 기능항진증이나 간실질 장애로 저하한다.
