Serum trypsin quantitation Trypsin is known to be altered in serum when it is a representative protease of the pancreas, and it is thought to play an important role in the progress of pancreatitis due to high pancreas specificity than lipase and amylase. Measurement of serum trypsin is important for diagnosis of pancreatic disease. RIAs are used for immunochemical measurement of trypsin inhibiting binding. The normal value is 150 to 250 mg / ml (immunoreactive tiypsin). 혈청트립신정량 트립신은 췌장의 대표적인 단백분해 효소고 췌염 등인 경우에는 혈청중에 변화된다는 것이 알려지고 있으며 더구나 리파제, 아밀레이스 보다도 췌특이성이 높기 때문에 췌염의 진전에 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 생각되고 있다. 혈청트립신의 측정은 췌질환의 진단상 중요하다. 측정에는 트립신 억제결합물을 면역화학적으로 측정하는 RIA가 사용된다. 정상치는 150~250mg/㎖(immunoreactive tiypsin)이다.
