It is a white, hygroscopic, crystalline solid with an acetic acid odor. The formula is C4H7NaO4 nH2O \u0026 nbsp; and should not be used for any of the following foods. 1. Breads: not more than 0.4% 2. Edible oil, processed meat products (excluding processed meat products), processed eggs and candies: not more than 0.1% 3. Sauce: not more than 0.25% 3. Spices and dried fruits: not more than 0.05%. It is mainly used as a preservative and also used as antifungal agent, antioxidant, acidity regulator, metal inhibitor. \u0026 Nbsp; 이초산나트륨 백색의 흡습성이 있는 결정성 고체로 초산냄새가 있는 염류 식품제조용 첨가물이다. 화학식은 C4H7NaO4 nH2O 이다. 다음의 식품 외에 사용해서는 안된다. 1. 빵류 0.4% 이하 2. 식용유지, 식육가공품(식육추출가공품 제외), 알가공품 및 캔디류:0.1% 이하 3. 소스류:0.25% 이하 3. 스프류 및 건과류:0.05% 이하로 사용한다. 주로 보존제로 이용되며 항곰팡이제, 산화방지제, 산도조절제, 금속억제제로도 사용된다.
