Ito Hirobumi
Ito Hirobumi (Japanese: October 16, 1841 - October 26, 1909) is a Japanese empire politician. It was the prime minister of the First Imperial Japanese Empire and the emperor of the Joseon Dynasty. After the Meiji Restoration, he underwent governmental affairs, laid the foundations of the Japanese Imperial Constitution, and served as the Prime Minister of the invited, the 5th, 7th, and 10th Prime Ministers of Japan. He also served as Chairman of the Invitation, 3rd, 8th, and 10th Presidential Councils, the Chosun Dynasty's Chief Inspector, Chairman of the Noble House, and Governor of Hyogo Prefecture. I formed a constitutional constitutional assembly and acted as an elder. He was given the Daein Hyeonjip all day (從 一位), the deceased was the Count, and was posthumously dubbed. He studied chemistry at University College London, Univ. Of London, and later received his honorary doctorate degree at Yale University.
