It is a kind of classical shicha (茶 茶). In the prefectures of Shikoku, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, and Okayama in Japan, the shrines still make shrines. The leaves of the tea are cut off with a sickle to the branches, and are then stitched together with straw. Fry it in a pot or drink dried roasted ones in the sun and dine (boil) them. The branches of the tea tree grow in autumn in October, when the flowers grow. 일음번차 고전적인 번차(番茶)의 일종이다. 일본의 시코쿠(四國)지방, 톳토리(鳥取), 시마네(鳥根), 야마쿠치(山口), 오카야마(岡山)의 각 현에서는 지금도 음건한 번차(番茶)를 만든다. 차 잎을 가지까지 낫으로 끊어 짚으로 엮고 처마 밑에 매달아 건조한다. 이것을 솥에서 볶아 마시거나 혹은 일단 볶은 것을 볕에 말려 저장 보존한 것을 달여서 (삶아서) 마신다. 차나무의 가지가 신장한 가을 10월, 꽃이 핀 시기에 많이 만든다.
