Definition of 이영양성석회침착 in the Korean dictionary
The formation of calcium deposits in benign lime deposits is called lime deposition, which is particularly prone to necrosis and degeneration, and is different from metastatic calcification. Examples include lung, lymph node lesions, infarction lesions in chronic tuberculosis, lime deposits as sclerosing lesions with accumulation of lipid in the aortic lining. However, the calcium concentration in the blood is in the normal range. The cause of lime deposits is thought to be due to the denaturation of the protein bound to the salt by necrosis of the cell, which causes dissociation of the salt or changes in the mucopolysaccharide of the base, making it easier to bind calcium.
