Mesenteric tumors Tumors originating in the mesentery are rare. Malignant ones include endothelial, generalized cancer, and vascular endothelial, but most of them are secondary tumors. Clinically, it is possible to see the vascularity of the blood and the multiple types (masses) are recognized. Cysts of benign ones are relatively common. Lymphangioma, hemangioma, teratoma, lipoma, leiomyoma, and lineage. The caudal myxoma is relatively common. This is thought to be a first appearance in appendix and ovary.
