Designation
The designation system is a tax system that was implemented at the time of the Qing Dynasty, and a system of the gold standard system that made the state pay taxes only at the top. Before the enforcement, the designation was followed by the one-off method, the tax system that collects both the topography and the status of the Qing Dynasty. However, due to the inaccuracy of population survey and the concealment of population for tax evasion, the situation became more and more difficult. In 1713, Kang Hee Jee decided not to impose conditions on the population of 1711 based on the essence of 1711 in order to solve these problems and the population after the survey. With this policy, the situation of the nationwide settlement has been fixed, but the farmers who are collecting the situation have escaped and the situation receipt has begun to decrease again. In order to solve this problem completely, Kangxi has devised a method of burial in the form of imposing a little situation per one level of land, and this brought the situation to the top. This method was first implemented in Guangdong province, and it was extended to the whole country by the time of the Emperor.
