Definition of 쥐티푸스균 in the Korean dictionary
It belongs to the bacterium Enterococcus faecium and becomes a pathogenic bacterium of the enteric pathogen. Gram-negative bacillus has flagellum and does not produce spores. It usually grows well in the medium, and decomposes glucose to make acid. The chitochrome oxidase reaction is negative. Although it is originally an animal pathogen, it does not show pathogenicity in a small amount, but when a large number of microorganisms are infected through a plant, a short incubation period causes acute gastrointestinal inflammation such as fever, vomiting and diarrhea have. The antigen structure (antigenic structure) belongs to the group B (group) of salmonella which is a causative organism of food poisoning. It is composed of the bacterial O antigen (antigen) 1,4,5,12, the flagellum H antigen Phase i, and second phase 1, 2. 쥐티푸스균 장내세균에 속하며, 장관계전염병의 병원균으로 된다. 그람음성간균으로 편모를 가지며, 포자(胞子)를 만들지 않는다. 보통배지에 잘 발육하고, 포도당을 분해하여 산을 만든다. 치토크롬옥시다제반응이 음성이다. 쥐티프스균은 본래는 동물병원균이 지만, 때로는 사람에게 대하여, 소량에서는 병원성을 나타내지 않으나, 식물을 통하여 대량의 균이 감염하면, 짧은 잠복기로 발열, 구토, 설사 등의 급성위장염증을 일으키는 일이 있다.
식중독의 원인균인 살모넬라의 B군(群)에 속하며, 항원구조(抗原構造)는 균체(菌體) O항원(抗原) 1,4,5,12, 편모(鞭毛) H항원(抗原) 제1상(相)i, 제2상 1,2를 지닌다.
