The magpie is a new resident in the ear and magpie, resident in Europe, Asia, and Northwest Africa. The scientific name is Piccica. Among them, P. pica sericea, which is distributed in Korea, has a distinct difference from other species and it is claimed that they should be separated into different species. The beak is high in black and somewhat short. Nests turn on high branches and sometimes use electric wire or power lines. On rare occasions, nests are placed on branches of coniferous trees, such as pine and fir, 4 meters above the ground. The nest is made of round twigs with dry branches as a main ingredient, hardened with a little bit of soil, and provided with a doorway to the side. Spawning season is from February to May, breeding once a year, and the number of spawning is 2-7. During the breeding season, the feathers of the top of the head are raised, or the tail is elevated, and the tip of the tail is widened and folded.
