Monza
Monza is a city in northern Lombardy, Italy. Population 121,445. It is the western part of Lombardy, and the administrative district of Monza Ebri Anka. It is located in the northeast corner of Milan, on the shore of the Po River. It was built in BC, and with the expansion of the Lombard it became a historically important place. The cathedral and monastery were erected in the 6th century Lombard Kingdom during the reign of Queen Theodelin. In the Middle Ages it was ruled by the Duchy of Milan, but it was often in an independent position. In 1840 Milan and the railway led to the development of a major suburb of Milan. The cathedral houses the iron crown used in the coronation of Lord Carolus, which is believed to have been made of nails used when Jesus Christ was crucified. The famous crown was also used in the Lombard kingdom, and it was also used in 1805 during the coronation of the Italian king of Napoleon I.
