Myung-cheol is one of the early tea and vegetable drinks. The young shoots are taken from spring to summer, and rhizome is extracted in winter. Leaves are washed with water, finely chopped, dried for 2-3 days, then dried with a sound. Mix leaves and rootstocks and put 20 ~ 30g into a teapot used for boiling tea, pour hot water and drink in 2-3 minutes. It is effective against stomach ulcers, liver diseases and facial skin, and it is also effective against aging. 명일초차 식물성 음료의 하나로 명일초는 나리과의 과년초이다. 봄부터 여름에 걸쳐 어린 싹을 채취하여 근경은 겨울에 파낸다. 잎은 수세하여 잘게 끊어 2∼3일 천일 건조한 후는 음건으로 건조한다. 잎과 근경을 섞어서 20∼30g을 차를 끓이는데 쓰이는 찻주전자에 넣고 열탕을 부어 2∼3분 후에 마신다. 위궤양, 간장병, 얼굴살결에 효과가 있고 노화방지에도 효과가 있다.
