Naiades
Nyades or Naias were considered to be a kind of water fairy in Greek mythology, living in fresh water, such as ponds, lakes, wells, and streams. Compared with other water and sea nymphs, Okeneis is a fair sea of great seas, oceans, oceans, nerace is the sea, among them the Mediterranean Sea, and the fairy of the Aegean Sea. However, in the view of the ancient Greeks, all the world's water was believed to be connected together. Naiades was connected to the source of his pond or water, and if the water had dried up, the fairy was also dead. Most of the Nyades were friendly to animals and humans, but sometimes dangerous to humans, as seen in the story of Hiras, one of the crew of the Argo.
