Niacin Niacin is a substance that exhibits physiological activity among nicotinamide and nicotinic acid (pyridine-3-carboxylic acid) and derivatives thereof. The biologically active form is the pyridine nucleotide, a coenzyme form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP), which are associated with proteins. 나이아신 나이아신은 니코틴아미드(nicotinamide)와 니코틴산(nicotinic acid: pyridine-3-carboxylic acid) 및 그 유도체들 중 생리활성을 나타내는 물질을 말한다. 생물학적으로 활성을 갖는 형태는 조효소 형태인 pyridine nucleotide로서 nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD)와 nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate(NADP)이며, 이들은 단백질과 결합되어 있다.▪ 나이아신은 체내 에너지 생성에 필요합니다.
