Namwon-si
Namwon City is a city located in the southeast part of Jeollabuk-do, South Korea. It is adjacent to Jirisan in the southeast of the city. Yecheon flows through Namyuan Basin and flows into the Seomjin River in the southwestern part of the city. In the Three Kingdoms period, Baekje and Gaya were the areas. After the reunification of Silla, the emigrants of Goguryeo were moved to Namwon, Namwon Silla was established, and the culture of Goguryeo such as Geomungo was passed down. In the Joseon Dynasty, it was promoted to Namwon Dohobu. In early May of each year, Chunhyangje and Chunhyang will be held in the Kwanghwang area to celebrate Sungchwang and to inherit traditional culture. Jeollanamdo, Jeollabuk-do, and Gyeongsangnam-do.
