Oral
Oral is the capital city of Batis, Kazakhstan, in western Kazakhstan. It is bordered on the Ural River and has a population of 195,500. It was built in 1613 under the name Yaizkra and was renamed Uralsk in 1775. In 1991, Kazakhstan became independent and changed its name to the present.
