Palm Jumeirah
Palm Jumeirah is an artificial island built by Nakhila, a Persian Gulf company owned by the Emirate of the United Arab Emirates, and built on the shore of the Jumeirah region in the western part of Dubai. It is the smallest of the three islands of Palm Island and the first in the Palm Island. With the construction of Palm Jumeirah, the coastline of Dubai is 520 km long.
