Prune-Belly syndrome is a syndrome described by Osler in 1901. Defects in the abdominal wall, rectum testis, large bladder / ureter, hydronephrosis, and enlargement of the posterior urethra. The etiology of this disease has not been elucidated yet. Most of the time, a man is well taken. It is diagnosed by urinary tract enhancement and promotion. And bladder ureter reflux, and it is easy to cause urinary tract infection. Although urinary tract reconstruction including urinary tract modification is generally performed, its prognosis is not necessarily good. 프룬-벨리증후군 1901년 Osler에 의해서 기재된 증후군이다. 복벽근의 결손, 정류고환, 거대방광ㆍ요관, 수신증(水賢症), 후부요도의 확장등이 나타난다. 본증의 병인은 아직 해명되지 않고 있다. 대부분, 남자가 잘 걸린다. 요로조영과 촉진에 의해 진단된다. 방광요관역류등을 합병하며, 요로감염을 일으키기 쉽다. 요로변경술을 포함한 요로재건술이 일반적으로 시행되고 있으나, 그 예후가 반드시 좋지는 않다.
