It is a stomatitis caused by infection of herpes simplex shingles virus. There are super infections and recurrent infections. The infectious type occurs mainly in infants, and symptoms such as sudden chills, fever and other colds occur first and innumerable aphtha is formed in the oral mucosa. Recurrence occurs mainly after boyhood, and symptoms are relatively light. 포진성치육구내염 단순포진 바이러스의 감염에 의해 일어나는 구내염이다. 초감염형과 재발형이 있다. 초감염형은 주로 유아에서 나타나며, 갑작스런 오한, 발열등의 감기와 같은 증상이 초발하고, 구강점막에 무수한 아프타(aphtha)가 형성된다. 아프타 전은 소수포의 형성이 있으나, 수포는 단시간으로 터지기 때문에 발견하기 어렵다. 구강의 열감, 통층, 타액량의 증가와 점조화, 구취, 악하(顎下) 림프절 종창을 초래하는데 약2주간으로 치유된다. 재발형은 주로 소년기 이후에 나타나며, 증상은 비교적 가볍다.
