생물속생설
The hypothesis that all living beings originate from living things is evidenced by disproving the theory of natural evolution. It was established as a meat juice experiment in a long S-shaped flask with a neck of Louis Pasteur in France in the 19th century. Pasteur put the meat juice in a long S-shaped flask like a swan's neck, sterilized it, filled it with water to prevent the air from penetrating. Since then, it has been found that the meat juice is not damaged even if it is left for a long time, and the microorganisms are not produced without the matrix. Experiments proving that spontaneous generation of bacteria is nothing more than infestation of spores in the air, denying the theory of spontaneous generation. The S-flask used here was made by heating the neck of the glass flask, stretching it, bending it into an S-shape, and slowly cooling it. There are many opinions about the S-tree here. 생물속생설은 모든 생물은 생물에서 발생한다는 가설으로 자연발생설을 반증하면서 나타난 것이다. 19세기 프랑스의 루이 파스퇴르의 목이 긴 S자형 플라스크에 담긴 고기즙 실험으로 확립하게 되었다. 파스퇴르는 백조의 목처럼 긴 S자형의 플라스크에 고기즙을 넣고 멸균한뒤 S자 형의 굽은 부분에 물을 채워넣어 공기가 침투하지 못하도록 하였다. 이후 고기즙이 장기간 방치해도 상하지 않은 것을 보고 미생물도 모체가 없으면 생기지 않는다는 것을 알아냈다. 세균의 자연발생설이라는 것은 공기 속의 포자가 침입하여 번식한 것에 지나지 않는다는 것을 실험으로 증명하여 자연 발생설을 부정하였다. 여기 실험에서 쓰인 S자 플라스크는 유리플라스크의 목을 가열하여 늘린 뒤 S자로 굽힌 후 천천히 식혀서 만든 것이다. 여기서 S자 목에대한 의견이 많이있다.
