세크레틴검사 췌외분비기능검사(膵外分泌機能檢査). 만성췌염의 진단에 사용된다. 종래에 사용되어 온 판크레오자이민-세크레틴시험에 대신하는 것으로, 1985년 일본소화기병학회에 의하여 제안된 표준법은 다음과 같다. 공복시에 위ㆍ십이지장튜브를 삽입하여, 100단위의 세크레판을 정주(靜注) 또는 60분간 지속정주하여, 십이지장액을 채집한다. 중탄산염최고농도의 저하에 더하여 췌효소량 또는 액량의 감소가 보였을 경우, 췌외분비에 확실한 기능장애가 있다고 하여 만성췌염으로 진단된다.
