It is located in the western part of Serbia, the administrative center of Zlatibor, with an area of 579 km 2, a population of 83,022, and a population of 102,463. The main industries are textile, leather, mechanical and metal industries. After the liberation of the Partizans in 1941, it became the capital of the Republic of Ujjë, the country it founded, but it soon disappeared. It was called Tito Bouguet in the days of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which was established after World War II, but it was renamed in 1992. It was largely destroyed by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization air raids at the time of the Kosovo war.
