Ulinasitatin is the first urine trypsin inhibitor extracted and purified by a Japanese pharmaceutical company and is being marketed under the trade name Miracrit. This substance widely inhibits pancreatic proteolytic enzymes such as trypsin, alpha chymotrypsin, and erastase, and also inhibits glucose and lipolytic enzymes such as hightrodinase and key lipase. In clinical trials, acute pancreatitis and acute myocardial infarction have been reported to be effective in preventing acute pancreatitis. There are few side effects. 울리나시타틴 일본의 제약회사에 의해 처음으로 추출 정제된 요중의 트립신 저해물질이고 미라크리드라는 상품명으로 발매되고 있다. 이 물질은 트립신, 알파키모트립신, 에라스테이스 등의 췌단백분해효소를 광범위하게 저해하고 또 하이트로니다제, 키리파제 등, 당ㆍ지질분해효소도 저해한다. 임상에서는 급성췌장염이나 급성순환부전에 대해 효과적인 것으로 인정되고 있는데, 이밖에 수술시의 면역반응 저하의 예방효과 등도 보고 되고 있다. 부작용은 거의 없다.
