The gastric mucosal gland means that acid (H +) diffuses in gastric mucosa in gastric lumen, (Interstitial space) to the lumen of the gastric mucosa. It is the nature of the gastric mucosa that interferes with both. 위점막관문 최근 위점막의 위액에 대한 방어기구로서 위점막관문기능이 중요 시되고 있는데 이 위점막관문이란, 산(酸) 즉 H+가 위내강에서 위점막내에 확산한다는 것과, 나트륨이온(Na+)가 위점막의 간질강(間質腔) 에서 내강으로 확산하는 것을 뜻한다. 이 양쪽을 방해하는 것과 같은 위점막의 성질을 말한다.
