Gastric mucosal relief imaging is one of the radiographic methods on the stomach. It is usually performed in the abdomen and is used as an anterior wall imaging method. As a hand technique, a small amount (10 ~ 30 ml) of barium is applied on the stomach and the relief image is formed by barium in the valley of the upper wrinkle. In contrast, the presence of mucosal wrinkles can be seen in the contrasted mucosa, which is larger than the width of the mucosal wrinkles, and small lesions can not be diagnosed. 위점막릴리프조영법 위의 뢴트겐조영법의 하나이고 일반적으로 복와위(腹臥位) 에서 행하며 전벽 촬영법으로서 사용되는데, 미세한 병변의 진단에는 적합하지 않고 큰병변의 진단법으로서 이루어지고 있다. 수기(手技) 로서는 소량(10~30㎖)의 바륨을 투여해 복와위에서 행하고 위의 주름의 골짜기에 바륨이 괴임으로써 릴리프상이 조영된다. 조영된 소견에서 점막주름의 이상이나 비대 등을 알수 있는데, 점막주름의 폭보다 큰 병변만 알 수 있고 작은 병변은 진단할 수 없으므로 정밀검사에는 적합하지 않다.
