WHAT DOES ARABES MEAN IN MALAY?
Arabes
Arabes are artistic motifs based on the application of repetition of geometric shapes and various combination patterns; These forms often use the theme of the plants and are sometimes also themed animals. Arabes are, as imagined in its name, elements of Islamic art often encountered adorning the walls of the mosque. The choice of geometric shapes to be used and how they should be formatted is based on the Islamic view of the world. For Muslims, these forms, taken together, are an infinite pattern that goes beyond the outward appearance of the world. For most people in the Islamic world, those with concrete symbolize unlimited, and therefore they are not centered or have roots as well as symbolizing the nature of God's creation. Now, there are also artists using Islamic elements to deliver a certain spirit of spirituality without iconography from Christian art. The error in repetition may be deliberately introduced as showing humility by artists who believe that only God can produce perfection, although this theory is still debated.
