Deflation
In the economy, deflation is a drop in the general price of goods and services continuously under zero inflation. Deflation is the opposite of inflation. For economists, this term becomes and is sometimes used to refer to a decrease in the amount of money supply. However, the current drop in money supply is often referred to as a "shrinkage" of money supply. When deflation, the demand for liquidity will rise, rather than goods or benefits. During the deflation of purchasing power money also rose. Deflation is considered a problem in modern economics due to the potential of the deflation circle and its relation to the Age of Recession.
