Discrimination refers to unfair service to a particular individual, where the service is based on the group represented by the individual concerned. Discrimination is a common practice found in human society. It stems from human tendencies to differentiate humans. Discrimination can occur in various contexts. It can be done by individuals, institutions, firms, and even governments. There are various treatments that may be considered discrimination, significant discriminatory treatment is as follows: ▪ A trader refuses to deal with a customer based on the group he / she is in. ▪ An employer pays an unprofitable salary with his contribution to the employee based on the group he / she represents. ▪ An educational institution refuses to accept a student, although he or she has the qualifications and still has a vacancy in the institution, as the individual represents a particular group.
