Di dalam Islam, penceraian merupakan sesuatu yang tidak disukai oleh Islam tetapi dibolehkan dengan alasan dan sebab-sebab tertentu. Penceraian boleh dilakukan dengan cara talak, fasakh dan khuluk atau tebus talak.
