Islam
Islam is a samawi religion contained in the Koran, which is considered as adherents of God, word for word, as well as normative teachings and examples of the last prophet of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w., a seventh-century Arab political and religious figure. Islamic words mean "submission", or self-surrender to God. A Muslim is known as a Muslim, meaning "a submissive". Muslims believe that God is One and the purpose of life is to worship God. Muslims also believe that Islam is a complete and universal version of the monotheistic beliefs of the teachings of Prophet Abraham, Moses the Prophet, Isa Isa, and other prophets. Nabi Muhammad S.A.W. is not the founder of a new religion, but rather a monotheistic faith of the previous prophets. The Islamic tradition confirms that Judaism and Christianity reverse the revelation God gave to these prophets by altering the text or introducing false interpretations, or both. Islamic religious practices include the Pillars of Islam, which are the five responsibilities that unite Muslims into a society.
