Medan
Medan city is the capital city of North Sumatra, Indonesia. It is the largest city in Sumatra, as well as the 3rd largest in Indonesia after Jakarta and Surabaya. Medan is bordered by Deli Serdang Regency to the west, east and south and with the Straits of Melaka to the north. The original inhabitants of the city are Malays, but now the city is an attractive multi-racial city. The majority of the inhabitants of Medan are now Mandailing and Javanese, but there are also Indians and Chinese. The Chinese in Medan are big enough.
