Mi

Mi or mee made of unleavened dough formed into a thin, flattened line or circular cylinder and cooked in a boiling liquid. Depending on the type, noodles can be served dry or cooled before cooking. The word "mi" comes from the word Hokkien for the Chinese word "麪" because it also comes from China. The first note about noodles was produced during the Eastern Han Dynasty about 25 and 220 M. In October 2005, the oldest mole ever discovered was found on the Lajia site along the Yellow River in Qinghai, China. The 4,000-year-old Mi looks like a cobbler and proso.
