PRONUNCIATION OF MIHRAB IN MALAY

mihrab

WHAT DOES MIHRAB MEAN IN MALAY?

Mihrab

Mihrab, is an alcove on the wall of a Mosque which shows the Qibla, which is the direction of the Kaabah where Muslims should face it while praying. The wall is called the Qibla wall. Mihrab responds to a door or road to Makkah. It differs in size but is usually fully decorated. The first magic exists in the era of Caliph Umayyad al-Walid I. Mihrab is often mistaken for the Mimbar. But in reality Mimbar is the place for khatib to convey his sermon. The word mihrab originates from the non-religious sense and is simply symbolized as a special room in a house; a throne room inside the palace or as a courtesy. Fath al-Bari, in the work of "the power of others", has suggested that mihrab is "the ultimate place of the King" and "the main, front and most honorable location." The Mosque in Islam, in addition to Arabic sources, says Theodor Nöldeke cities and others are considered to have a mihrab that was originally marked to have a throne room. This term is then used by Prophet Muhammad S.A.
