Nepotism
Nepotism means to maximize relatives and friends who have relationships rather than an objective assessment of the capability, meritocracy or suitability of a position. For example, an offer of job vacancies to relatives, although there are still others who are more qualified and willing to perform such tasks. The word nepotism comes from the Latin word 'nepos', which means "nephew" or "grandchild".
