Tea
Tea is caffeinated beverages and is produced from leaves or shoots of Camellia sinensis or Camellia thea in hot and cold water, through immersion or mixing. Processing methods involve oxidation, heating and drying. Additionally, to give different flavor and quality improvements, tea is mixed with various herbs, spices, flowers and fruit flavorings. The word "tea" is also used, in furtherance, for any fruit or herbs immersion; for example, "rosehip tea" or "camomile tea".
