Retailing
Retailing is the sale of goods or merchandise from a fixed place or post, in small groups or shacks for use by buyers. The fixed place may be a convenience store, boutique, or stall, with such permanent residence available at: ▪ roadside residential area; ▪ on a shopping street that does not have much or no immediate residence; or ▪ shopping area. Shopping streets sometimes only specialize pedestrian customers. The type of road sometimes provides a full roof or partial roof to protect its customers from rainfall. Online retailing, a kind of electronic commerce used for business transactions to consumers, and postal orders are forms of retail without shops. Retailers are the end of the supply chain, with the services provided sometimes include side services such as shipping.
