Transferor
Transferers are electrical, electronic, mechanical, photonic or photovoltaic devices that convert energy to other forms for purposes such as measuring or exchanging information. In a wider context, the transferor is a tool that converts a type of signal to another form of signal. A common example is an audio speaker, which converts an electric voltage pattern that describes music or conversation to a mechanical conical vibration. The loudspeaker also vibrates the air molecules to produce acoustic power.
