Chicha - a type of alcoholic drink made by the Indians of the Andes, which existed in the times of the Inca Empire. It is made from a special kind of maize. It has a pale straw color and sour taste resembling light apple wine - cider. Chicha - rodzaj napoju alkoholowego wyrabianego przez Indian z rejonu Andów, który istniał już w czasach imperium Inków. Jest wytwarzany ze specjalnego gatunku kukurydzy. Ma blady słomkowy kolor i kwaśny posmak przypominający lekkie wino jabłkowe - cydr.
