Polypragmasy
Polipragmia - a medical term for a situation in which a sick person receives more than a few drugs at the same time. This is one of the common mistakes in treatment, leading, among others. to significantly increase the incidence of unintentional drug or drug interactions. It is often the patient taking many medicines at the same time without knowing the mechanisms of their actions and interactions between them, or over-prescribing an excessive amount of drugs without a clear need. Inadequate medication regulation can cause severe therapeutic complications. Reasons for inappropriate drug use include ignorance of their mechanisms of action, ignorance of the interaction between them and ignorance of unwanted side effects caused by prescribed medications. Polipragmia is a multidisciplinary therapy, similar to polydrhea, but the difference is that polydipsia is the correct method of treatment, and polypragmia is usually self-healing. Footnotes ...
